Roaring to Success

About Us

Moneta Continuation High School is a small campus with low student-to-teacher ratio offering instruction to students between the ages of 16 and 18 who are deemed as at-risk of not completing their education. The goal for each student is to make up credit deficiencies so that they can either obtain their high school diploma by completing one of the graduation pathways offered at Moneta High School or by transferring back to a comprehensive high school.

Our Vision and Mission

Moneta High School’s VISION is to enable students to become socially and academically successful. They will become literate, responsible, productive participants in today’s complex, technological, and multicultural society. We adhere to the motto “We Will Hold the Vision Until You Live the Dream.”
Moneta High School’s MISSION is to deliver a system of instruction that meets the individual needs of at-risk students who may not graduate. With this in mind, we accept students on an open enrollment basis, use individualized contract learning, provide remediation where needed, and academic and personal counseling. We accommodate various learning styles and are flexible in the type of work students can do to achieve the state standards in order to find success in their educational or occupational careers as a 21st-century high school graduate.
